Earnings Disclaimer

Read this before buying anything. It sets out plainly what we do and do not promise about results, and it forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. We do not guarantee results
Nothing on this site is a promise that you will make money. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, or any particular outcome, and we make no income claims of any kind. Building an online store is a business, and businesses can and frequently do fail.
2. Not financial, legal, or tax advice
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and we are not acting as your advisor. Talk to a qualified professional about your own circumstances before committing money.
3. Examples and testimonials
Any results, screenshots, case studies, or testimonials shown are examples of what some people have reported. They are not typical, not average, and not a prediction of your results. We do not claim they represent what you or anyone else should expect, and we do not claim to have independently audited every figure a customer reports to us.
Individual outcomes depend on effort, skill, time invested, market conditions, product selection, advertising spend, and many factors outside anyone's control, including ours. The average person who buys any business product gets little or no result. We would rather say that plainly than let a screenshot imply otherwise.
4. Forward-looking statements
Statements about potential, opportunity, or what is possible are expressions of opinion about the future. They are not guarantees, and actual outcomes routinely differ from projections.
5. Real risks of this specific business model
Running an online store, particularly one selling products fulfilled by third-party suppliers, carries risks you should understand before you spend anything:
- You can lose money. Advertising is usually the largest cost and can be spent in full without producing a single sale.
- Supplier problems become your problems. Shipping times, stock, and product quality are largely outside your control but are entirely your customer's experience.
- Chargebacks and refunds can exceed the margin on a sale, so a busy month can still lose money.
- Platform dependence. Your store, your payment processing, and your advertising accounts each sit with a company that can change its fees, alter its rules, or close your account with little warning.
- Competition is immediate and global. Any product you can find, others can find too, usually at the same time.
- Regulatory obligations are yours, including sales tax, consumer protection, product safety, and advertising rules in every place you sell.
- Time. Results, where they come at all, take longer than promotional material tends to suggest.
6. What the software does and does not do
Dealnopoly reduces the setup work of launching a store. It does not choose winning products for you, does not generate traffic, does not manage your advertising, and cannot make an unprofitable business profitable. Using good software badly still produces a bad outcome. Any automated or AI-assisted suggestion it offers is a starting point for your judgment, not a substitute for it, and it can be wrong.
7. Affiliate and compensation disclosure
This product may be promoted by independent affiliates who earn a commission on sales. An affiliate's enthusiasm is compensated. Statements they make about the product, about results, or about what is typical are their own. They are not made by us, are not reviewed or approved by us, and we are not responsible for them. Judge the product on what this site says, not on what someone earning a commission says about it. If an affiliate has promised you something you cannot find stated here, treat that as a reason for caution.
We may also earn compensation when you sign up for third-party services we recommend. Where that is the case it does not change what those services cost you.
8. Your decision, your risk
By purchasing you accept that you are responsible for your own results, and that you may lose the money you spend, both on this product and on running the business it helps you build. Do not spend money you cannot afford to lose.
